10/02/12 Dream Journal: Two Spare Rooms

Dream Journal: Two Spare Rooms.
Night of Tuesday the 2nd.

I had a few dreams last night but remember one in particular  I didn't write any of them down, even in my phone sloppily upon awakening, but I believe I felt I only needed to remember this one.
I have been experimenting with a variety of different vitamins and supplements to take before bed this past year, but just recently have found some incredible combos that consistently give me either vivid, realistic, surreal or lucid dreams. On these dream journal posts I will write what I took before falling asleep.

Last night just before getting in my bed I took Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, B6, B12, and Folate. And a few hours earlier that evening I took L-Theanine, Phenibut, Picamilon, and Magnesium. All of those supplements are known for inducing vivid dreams and seem to increase the possibility of having a lucid dream. Most of those supplements are also found in a regular well balanced diet and are good for having great brain health.

*The B6, B12 and Choline combo is very good for having vivid dreams.

Two Spare Rooms:
The beginning of this dream involved me leaving my bedroom when my housemate Sarah and her friend told me they were cleaning the bathroom when they saw something strange with the wall so they tore down the wall. I came into the bathroom and they showed me the wall they destroyed and behind it there was another room! This was tooooo cool. I was in awe in my dream to discover that there was a room behind the bathroom in the basement.

Looking into the spare room

They left to go somewhere else as I stood and stared at the room. The room had a large glass door with two stainless steel rectangular door handles. The doom had a sunken floor( the floor was down two steps) and had brown/yellow/orange colored shag carpeting. There was a large circular rug on the ground and an old iron furnace in one corner. There was a small cloth armchair and a small couch in the room as well. The room looked very 1970's styled and looked like no one had lived there for some time.
A strange and beautiful detail about this hidden room was that it's walls were glass windows looking out into a wooded area. (mind you, this is in the basement bathroom but somehow looked out into our apparent backyard.)

looked like it was frozen from year 1970

My Dad now showed up and was talking to me as he looked the room over. He said it was a cool room with a lot of potential, we stepped inside and looked around.
*This is a noticeable feature of my dreams I see when I take B vitamins, having much greater detail in dreamscape environment  I remember the textures of this dream and the lighting and color of everything. Taking B vitamins does not mean you will have pleasant dreams, but will more often than not give you vivid dreams. If you have good dreams, they are vivid, whereas if you have nightmares they are just as vivid. I do not have nightmares often and when I do they are not too bad and usually result in me realizing I am dreaming and a lucid dream occurs.

Me and my dad looked out over the yard outside the giant windows. It had just rained and was still cloudy, the trees canopy covered some lighting so it was dark but somehow illuminated by the greenish yellow shine of the wet grass. There were cedar and oak trees, much like there are in Austin. It reminded me of my old backyard in Austin but definitely different. Just similar foliage.

I left the room thinking that maybe we could have another person move in and cut the price off all our rents. Sarah and her friend re appeared letting me know they found another secret room. This newer room was where the stairs where. I walked through a human sized hole in the wall into a large room with tall bookshelves on the walls. The room was terraced and had a large amount of furniture in it. Now my dad was back and some other strangers. We all walked to the right (same direction as the other room's outdoor forest) and found ourselves in a much larger house with great big rooms. There was a balcony on the sides of this house that me and now my Mom walked down. I was talking with her and maybe one of my sisters at that time.
This balcony turned into a covered boardwalk over a cliff. We followed it until a the end of the boardwalk. the roof over us was gone at this point and we looked to our right and saw in a short distance to us Barton Springs Pool. This is a large spring fed pool in Austin I have swam in plenty of times. I saw people I knew diving into the water. However there was a deep canyon separating us on the boardwalk from those in the pool.

Barton Springs

I thought this was truly beautiful.

That dream then became foggy in my memory as it ended. I am actually writing this a few days later and still remember it clearly, it was a detailed vivid dream.

Hope you enjoyed this, keep dreamin'
